I am a Software engineer at Bitergia who likes to automate boring and time-consuming tasks.
Experiences
I am responsible of the infrastructure across Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and DigitalOcean, making sure our data and services are always available and easy to scale:
Infrastructure as Code: Provision environments and manage the server lifecycle. I make sure everything is automated, version-controlled, and repeatable. Automation and Disaster Recovery: I build custom solutions to automate complex tasks and built the system that handles automated backups and restore the systems. Telemetry: I set up the observability and alerting for our stack.
I develop, deploy and provide support with the GrimoireLab toolkit. Mainly focused on dashboards generation, their maintenance and all the chain that produces them. I collect the information, I generate the metrics based on that information and I visualize it on the dashboard.

As part of LibreSoft research group, I was focused on data visualization tools and I developed an application to plot data using different open source libraries.
